Chi covers all areas of styling, creative direction, marketing, social media and more. We have had the chance to get to know Chi when she has worked White Stuff in the 3Objectives Studio, styling their model ecom shoots.

-Who is your inspiration?
The everyday, the people around me, nature, i’m always watching and observing.

-What is your favourite piece of equipment?
My phone - for notes, inspiration, reading, framing shots

-What made you choose your profession?
I was rubbish at my fashion design degree, and realised I was better at creating visuals with things already made than actually creating the pieces from scratch.

-Equipment you can't live without?
Again, my phone!

-What are your achievements?
Staying alive freelancing for 12 years!
Starting my own company unrelated to fashion and writing a book
Giving birth to my daughter Marloe at home.

-What's the first album you bought?
I think it was Take That ‘ Everything Changes’ because my best friend at the time loved them and I wanted to fit in.

-If you were the Mayor of London for the day what would you change?
Too many things to start going into!

-What is your favourite country visited?
I’ve been to Italy the most - what’s there not to like? Beautiful inland and by the coast and amazing food, secret beach San Fruttuoso!

-What books, blogs or podcasts do you read or listen to?
Murikami’s ‘Men in love’ in books, Michele Obama’s ‘Becoming’ on audible, and ‘To Be Magnetic’ podcast.

-What do you do in your spare time?
Walks in nature, cook up a feast with friends and some reading.

-If you were marooned on a desert island what 3 people (dead or alive) would you choose to be there with you and why?
My partner Alex, my baby Marloe and probably her Monkey!

Photography Studio - Administrator/Coordinator by Emma Morton

We are currently looking for someone to fill the role of Studio Administrator/Coordinator, if you are interested or have experience in photography, a very organised person and enjoy a fast paced environment please apply!

3Objectives is a successful photographic studio based in modern offices close to Oval underground station. Our work is mostly fashion based and recent account gains means we need a strong administrator to act as a conduit between our clients and the studio. This is a new and exciting role offering great scope for someone with a fashion background. If you’ve also got photographic or styling experience then there’ll be an opportunity to use these skills too.

The Person

  • Confident, organized & flexible.

  • Good on detail and computer savvy.

  • Diplomatic and able to prioritise.

  • Can-do attitude.

  • Keen to learn.

The Role

  • To act as a conduit between our clients and the studio.

  • Maintain studio diary with shoots, models, client visits etc

  • Electronically book in product samples for photography using our barcode equipment.

  • Hang, steam and present samples in an orderly fashion for shooting.

  • Track product progress through photography and retouching using our Renaissance management information system.

  • Ensure all products are returned to clients in an orderly way, bar-coding them out.

  • Manage/update website with imagery and content

  • Manage social media platforms

Knowing your way around a Mac with some familiarity with Photoshop and databases would be a distinct advantage.  Deadlines are of paramount importance but the studio team are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. If you think you fit the bill, please e-mail paula.brown@ec2i.biz

On Location with Anatomic Shoes by Emma Morton

See some of the highlights from our recent Autumn Winter 2019 location shoot with client, Anatomic Shoes.

Arriving at busy Cuffley Station we met up with South American model Santiago, and set off for the location!

The location chosen by the Anatomic team was Colesdale Farm in Cuffley, not far from Potters Bar, Herts. For the day we had access to a small wooden cabin which was used as our base as well as shooting a few images inside! Surrounding the cabin was a large pond, with stables and lots of fields!

Fame hungry Monty the Anatomic dog who is the inspiration and features as the company logo!

Time to get the kit ready, go for a reccie around the grounds while the model is styled for the first look.

With the log cabin set up as our base it kept all equipment, clothes, accessories and of course the shoes dry on what was a day of very changeable weather conditions.

Our photographers always go the extra mile to get the perfect shot, even when it means laying down in long wet grass or being nudged off a fence by the local donkeys, safe to say they were ready for their portrait!
