Meet Sharna Valentine, she is a Freelance Fashion Stylist who has worked on an array of projects with a variety of brands. We have worked with Sharna, who is represented by Scout Management for quite some time now and wanted to see what her answers would be to our Studio guest questions!

  • Who is your inspiration?

    The stylist Patti Wilson is the most amazing stylist and all round creative person. Richard Branson because he proves that hard work pays off.

  • What made you choose your profession?

    I always loved fashion and shopping!

  • Equipment you can’t live without?

    The internet and my kit bag that has the useful things i’ll need throughout the day.

  • What are your achievements?

    Moving to South Korea for a year to teach English to 4 year olds. Having to wake Debbie Harry up for a shoot!!

  • What’s the first album you bought?

    Spice by Spice Girls

  • If you were Mayor of London for the day what would you change?
    I’d change the working week to 4 days, it would make people much happier. I’d also pedestrianise Oxford Street since I spend so much time shopping for work.

  • What is your favourite country you have visited?

    Cuba, so much colour, amazing cars and friendly people!

  • What books, blogs or podcasts to you read and listen to?

    I was obsessed with the Serial podcast for a while. My favourite books are Vile Bodies by Evelyn Waugh and On the Road by Jack Kerouac.

  • What do you do in your spare time?

    Yoga and I love to travel. There are so many places I want to see!

  • If you were marooned on a desert island, which 3 people (dead of alive) would you choose to be with and why?

    Elvis - He would have some great stories and be able to sing.
    My best friend, Laura. She’d keep me from going insane and she is also hilarious.
    Bear Grylls, because he would find us a way off the island!
