Photography Studio - Administrator/Coordinator by Emma Morton

We are currently looking for someone to fill the role of Studio Administrator/Coordinator, if you are interested or have experience in photography, a very organised person and enjoy a fast paced environment please apply!

3Objectives is a successful photographic studio based in modern offices close to Oval underground station. Our work is mostly fashion based and recent account gains means we need a strong administrator to act as a conduit between our clients and the studio. This is a new and exciting role offering great scope for someone with a fashion background. If you’ve also got photographic or styling experience then there’ll be an opportunity to use these skills too.

The Person

  • Confident, organized & flexible.

  • Good on detail and computer savvy.

  • Diplomatic and able to prioritise.

  • Can-do attitude.

  • Keen to learn.

The Role

  • To act as a conduit between our clients and the studio.

  • Maintain studio diary with shoots, models, client visits etc

  • Electronically book in product samples for photography using our barcode equipment.

  • Hang, steam and present samples in an orderly fashion for shooting.

  • Track product progress through photography and retouching using our Renaissance management information system.

  • Ensure all products are returned to clients in an orderly way, bar-coding them out.

  • Manage/update website with imagery and content

  • Manage social media platforms

Knowing your way around a Mac with some familiarity with Photoshop and databases would be a distinct advantage.  Deadlines are of paramount importance but the studio team are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. If you think you fit the bill, please e-mail paula.brown@ec2i.biz
